2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee ONLY under the following circumstances:

• **Non-Delivery:** You did not receive the download link or access to the product after purchase.
• **Major Defect:** The prompt strictly fails to function as described in the compatibility list (e.g., a prompt marked for GPT-4 failing entirely on GPT-4). Proof of failure (screenshots/logs) is required.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Inability to use the prompt due to lack of access to the required AI model (e.g., you don’t have a Midjourney subscription).
• Subjective dissatisfaction with the creative output of the AI.
